What is Feminine Embodiment Coaching?

Feminine embodiment coaching is a somatic, body-centred practice that supports you in shifting out of the mind and back into your body.
Your body holds a vast amount of wisdom that the mind alone simply can’t access. By reconnecting to your body, you’re able to reconnect to your innate power and from this place make decisions and take action which are more aligned with your essential nature.
I don’t give you answers, but guide you back to your own inner knowing through gentle, intuitive questioning which help you to realign yourself with your pure potential and reconnects you with the feminine parts of yourself such as your intuition, sensuality, natural flow, and creative aliveness.
How is Feminine Embodiment Coaching different from other types of coaching?

Traditional coaching often uses head based, action oriented strategies to create a plan.
Feminine Embodiment coaching begin with depth first, then direction.
Rather than immediately trying to figure things out or decide what to do next, we first slow down and tune into what is happening in your body — your sensations, your emotions, your internal responses.
From this place of depth, your next steps begin to reveal themselves more naturally.
Your decisions are no longer coming from external pressure, the expectations of others, or from your wounded parts but from your true essence which lies deep within you.
It becomes less about pushing forward…
and more about moving in a way that feels true and aligned with your true essence and infinite power.

What happens in a session?

Sessions are a space for you to reconnect deeply with your body so you can begin to let your body’s wisdom guide you through your life and business.
While we’re still moving towards what you desire, we take a different approach:
1. Dropping into the body
We gently shift your attention out of the mind and into the body, connecting to sensation and feeling.
2. Softening and releasing
The body begins to release what it’s been holding — layers of tension, emotions, and past experiences that may be quietly influencing you.
3. Listening to your deeper truth
As this softens, you’re able to access a deeper level of inner knowing, beyond surface thoughts, pressure, or conditioning.
4. Moving into aligned action
From this place, your next steps feel clearer and actions start to come from alignment with your deeper truth, rather than force.
